An Afternoon on the Sand River

I ended up getting a bit carried away with my phone-camera on one of my favourite walks in Lake Superior Provincial Park yesterday. I especially love the way the river goes from rapids to raging falls to still pools. We walked as far as the top of the second falls (there are three), where we ate our lunch and then followed the river back down to the mouth. I’ve never posted a slide show before and am not sure how to annotate it…so just scroll along. I also discovered that I’d have had to edit the photos before putting them into the show, so that didn’t happen either! Take ’em as you find ’em. It was a beautiful afternoon.
